1. Overview
This website, stagezeromods.com, is operated by Stage Zero (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms, along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you’re younger, a parent or guardian must place the order and agree to these Terms.

3. Not affiliated with any car maker
Stage Zero is an independent aftermarket parts store. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz or any other manufacturer. We use vehicle and model names only to describe which cars a part fits. Our parts are aftermarket, not original-equipment (OEM) parts.

4. Products and fitment

  • Every part is listed for a specific make, model, generation, bumper and year range. It’s your responsibility to check that your car matches the listing, including trim and bumper style (for example M Sport, S line or AMG Line). If you’re unsure, email us before ordering.
  • Photos are for illustration. Finishes can vary slightly from photos and screens.
  • “Carbon look” parts are plastic with a carbon-pattern finish. Only parts listed as “Real carbon fiber” are made of carbon fiber, and the weave pattern varies from piece to piece.
  • We try to keep descriptions, prices and availability accurate, but errors happen. We may correct errors, update information or cancel orders affected by an error at any time, including after an order is placed. If we cancel, you’ll get a full refund.

5. Orders and pricing

  • Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud, a pricing error, or a part that’s no longer available. If we cancel after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full.
  • Kit discounts are applied automatically in the cart and can’t be combined with other offers unless we say so.

6. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number. By placing an order, you confirm that you’re authorized to use the payment method.

7. Shipping
Parts ship from our suppliers’ warehouses, and some items in one order may arrive separately. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, the fitment guarantee and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy.

9. Installation and use

  • Installing aftermarket parts is at your own risk. We recommend a professional installer, especially for lips, splitters, diffusers and any part with wiring.
  • Follow the install guidance on each product page. Test-fit before installing.
  • You’re responsible for making sure modifications to your vehicle comply with the laws where you drive, including lighting, ground clearance and inspection rules.
  • Aftermarket parts can affect your vehicle’s warranty, and they can scrape or break on steep driveways, curbs and speed bumps. We aren’t responsible for damage from installation, driving conditions, accidents or misuse.

10. Warranty disclaimer
Apart from the fitment guarantee and the damage coverage in our Refund Policy, products and the site are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don’t allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Stage Zero is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including vehicle damage from installation, lost time or labor costs. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Stage Zero harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any law.

13. Site content
The site’s text, photos, graphics and design belong to Stage Zero or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

14. Part requests and submissions
When you send us a part request, review, photo or idea, you let us use it to run and promote the store. We aren’t obligated to stock any part you request.

15. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site to break any law, commit fraud, interfere with the site’s security or operation, scrape or copy our listings in bulk, or submit false information.

16. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York.
