Refund Policy

Every Stage Zero part is listed for an exact car: make, model, generation, bumper and years. If something goes wrong, here’s how we make it right.

Fitment guarantee
If a part doesn’t fit the car it’s listed for, we’ll refund you in full, including return shipping.

  • Test-fit the part before you peel any tape, drill or install it.
  • Email us within 30 days of delivery with your car’s year, model and trim (for example M Sport, S line or AMG Line) and a photo of the part held in place.
  • The guarantee covers the bumper and trim the part is listed for. If you ordered for a different bumper or trim, you can still return it unused under “Changed your mind”.

Damaged or wrong item
If your part arrives broken, cracked or scratched, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the part and the box. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you. Please keep the packaging until we reply.

Changed your mind
You can return an unused part within 30 days of delivery.

  • It must be uninstalled, unpainted and unmodified, with the protective film and adhesive tape untouched, in its original packaging.
  • You pay return shipping. Spoilers, lips and diffusers are large, so ask us first and we’ll give you the return address and a rough shipping cost.
  • Once the part is back and checked, we refund the part’s price. Original shipping isn’t refunded.

Real carbon fiber parts
Real carbon fiber parts are made to order and can take 2–8 weeks to ship. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your part ships.

We can’t accept returns of

  • Parts that have been installed, painted, wrapped, drilled, cut or modified
  • Parts with the adhesive tape peeled or used
  • Damage from installation, accidents or wear
  • Parts sent back without our approval

Cancellations
Orders that haven’t shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Just email us.

Kit discounts
If you return part of a discounted kit order, we refund what you actually paid for that part, after the discount.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Start a return
Email support@stagezeromods.com with your order number, your car’s year, model and trim, and photos. Please wait for our return approval before sending anything back. We reply within 2 business days.
